We are essentially made up of a number of firms under the same owners sharing resources within the same office premise but providing different services and client base. The main objective of the firms is to provide reliable and responsive personal services of the highest quality to their clients. In order to achieve the objective, the firms believe in providing an environment through quality training conducive for their staff to continually improve the service quality demanded by their clients. The need to provide personalised service saw the development of our in house Local Area Network using collaborative online and content management software. This ability to empower all staff of the firms with information and knowledge of our clients is pivotal in providing effective, personalised and responsive services.

P G Wee Partnership LLP and Y. C. Lee & Co. are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA). Both P G Wee and C M Yeng are members of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). Yeng Management Services Pte Ltd is an approved Filing Agent with ACRA. All firms are Accredited Training Organisations (ATO).
Our History
P G Wee & Partners was a sole proprietorship formed in 1984 by PG Wee. The firm grew rapidly serving mainly small and medium sized enterprises. In order to achieve a critical mass in providing quality service to its clients, the firm acquired Y.C Lee & Co in March 1991. The move was essential for the growth of the firm in terms of client base and staff size. Subsequently, the growth rate was even greater and the firm managed to attract more clients, including start-ups from the EDB, subsidiaries of overseas multinational companies, etc,
P G Wee Partnership LLP was, as from the date of registration on 7 January 2013, converted from P G Wee & Partners to an accounting limited liability partnership and expanded with the admission of Cyndi Chiam as a Partner. C M Yeng & Associates is a sole proprietorship formed in 1988 by CM Yang. Its growth since then followed closely with that of P G Wee & Partners. The clients are mainly small and medium enterprises. Y.C. Lee & Co is a partnership formed originally in 1968 by Y C Lee. The firm has grown since then covering 3 states in Malaysia and Singapore. In March 1991, P G Wee & Partners and CM Yeng & Associates, whilst retaining their original entity, acquired Y.C. Lee & Co with P G Wee and CM Yang as partners. P G Wee is in-charge of the audit and tax functions arid C M Yang is in-charge of the corporate secretarial and accountancy functions. Yeng Management Services Pte Ltd was formed in 1984 together with P G Wee & Partners as a sole proprietorship. In 1988, it was converted into a private limited company. The company was formed to provide corporate secretarial and management advisory support service to clients of P G Wee & Partners, C M Yeng & Associates and Y. C. Lee & Co. P G Tax Services Pte. Ltd. P G Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. and PG Management Consultants Pte Ltd were formed subsequently as part of a restructuring exercise to streamline the core services into distinct Audit, Accounting, Secretarial, Tax, Business Advisory and Risk Advisory and Assurance services.
